At Atelier PEGAI, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-embossed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Atelier PEGAI dust bags and boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
